Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Viceroy Homes full-time Cons: Paycheques come late. It takes a very long time to get the equipment you need. (6+ months) No benefits. No sick pay. Lunch is unpaid. High employee turn-over."

Former Employee - Cabinetry and Floor Support says

"I worked at Viceroy Homes full-time for less than a year Cons: its no good, please leave"

Former Contractor - IT Manager says

"I worked at Viceroy Homes for less than a year Cons: - Turnover is insane - Coworkers told me to run away during my first week - Pay is always delayed longer and longer and then you will eventually find yourself not paid for a month (or more) and out of a job - I witnessed a coworker get fired 4 days after having heart bypass surgery - Every piece of equipment is old and dying for example Windows95 and there is no budget - All suppliers needed cash up front - Owner Andrew Sun is unprofessional, unethical, and immoral"

RGM (Former Employee) says

"I was working 32 days (all doubles) straight at a store that was closing anyway and they kept promising me benefits, a raise, didn’t pay me my overtime, and promised me salary. They NEVER followed through with anything and I was just forgotten. Worst experience ever Cons: Empty promises, long hours with no overtime payment"

Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"The reason why is bad because Pizza Hut's management and supervisors do not care about their employees. If the manager or supervisor does not like you they will schedule you for Less days to work Cons: No sick days off are paid"

Delivery Driver (Current Employee) says

"This is a terrible company, it is a franchise but the owners do not care about their employees. No pto no vacation, no benefits. Just work your fingers to the bone with no reward. Cons: Everything"

Associate (Former Employee) says

"Job sucked period, was told at my interview that I’d be moved up to management within a week and the only job I had while there was dishwasher , hated every bit of the job Cons: Hours/pay suck"

Cook (Former Employee) says

"Pizza Hut sucked! the pay was so trash if you wanted a decent check you would literally have to with every single day. The managers were unfair and the store was always unprepared. DO NOT WORK THERE Cons: Everything"

Cook/Cashier (Former Employee) says

"The managers treated me like trash, the other employees would get along with managers and get to do whatever they wanted but if I did the same thing the managers would get onto me and not the other employees, the other employees would just firt or yell at the customers"

Shift Manager/Cook (Current Employee) says

"Like any job, the people can make or break your work experience. This is a franchise, so its safe to assume you would be taken advantage of if you are a hard worker. If wanting to advance your position in this company, the higher ups want you to "prove you can do the job you want to be paid for." What this means is that they want you to do the positions duty(ies) for FREE until you've done it for so long that they would get in trouble for NOT PAYING TO DO IT! Cons: Usually short staffed, Terrible management, Lack of Appreciation, Over-expectation, ill mannered coworkers, Lack of vertical movement unless doing what was described above."

Shift Manager (Former Employee) says

"Upper management doesn’t care with any situations that you may be in they only care about the money in their pocket you never get any benefits you will be over worked with little pay Cons: Everything"

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says

"some shift managers would favor some employee's over others , you'd be removed off the driver rotation list without notice lots of back stabbing and laziness from coworkers, coworkers would / will tell lies about you to upper management to try and get you fired Cons: see review"

Manager (Former Employee) says

"Even in these times they expect you to work your shift even if you have been around Covid. And only quarantined a store for only 2 days instead of the recommendation of 2 weeks"

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says

"I drove as a driver and helped in kitchen sometimes. Most employees don't wear gloves when making the pizza. I had to leave dye to this. They weren't taking cvid seriously."

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"Apply anywhere else because it'll probably be better. The company as a whole is a hot mess, they'll try to jip you on hours and pay and they absolutely do not care about their staff. The equipment is old garbage and the majority of the managers aren't worth their weight. Yes I said that. Cons: They'll even try to not give you the legally required breaks."

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"It wasn't what they said it would be. I got played and they showed alot of favouritism to employees who worked in there locations who had been there longer. Shady management."

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says

"I wouldn't waste your time. Management is nothing to be desired and they treat you worse than an animal. You're better off going to work for McDonald's where they treat you better"

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says

"They say you can keep your tips, but after having to "pay in what you owe" after your delivery shift your lucky to take anything. Usually you end up paying the company and loosing money instead of making money. Cons: None"

Cashier (Former Employee) says

"Bad job i don’t get paid enough for the disrespect customers . They don’t tip at all and i was making minimum wage their . So stressful and disappointing"

Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"the manages take there problems out on you and they want you to fix their mistakes and treat the customers poorly and money gets took out of people checks Cons: Bad service"

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says

"Don’t apply here. Do not recommend. One of the worse jobs a person could work coming from personal experience and I’ve worked at different ones in different locations."

Cook (Former Employee) says

"You will be overworked and underpaid. You will be treated as if you don't matter in any way. Your timesheet will be doctored against your will and without your knowledge."

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Management is awful. The whole place is an absolute mess, it is continuously behind and under prepared. I would not recommend working at this location. I’m sure other locations are just fine, or at least better. Delivery drivers get paid about $4 an hour while on delivery, and nobody cares to keep up with their times properly. CSR’s are expected to do basically everything at once. It’s understaffed, messy, and absolutely not worth the measly minimum wage. This review does not reflect on Pizza Hut as a company, but specifically the mansfield, LA location. Cons: Basically everything else"
